Location, nice neighborhood with grocery stores and other facilities nearby, next to the subway and convenient to go everywhere. Apartment very well equipped. Very friendly staff. I think is perfect for a couple with children or 2 couples. The couch on the living room is also a bed but we didn’t use it."

"They let us do early check-in and 1 hour late check-out. The room was very clean. The location was very close to metro and 15 min. to Gare du Noord. The host was very informative and quite responisve."

"The only minor discomfort was with the pillows on the bed. They were too soft for my liking and made it a bit difficult to sleep, but I recognize that this is a personal preference."

"This apartment is smacked in a non-touristy area which was great. It’s surrounded by small restaurants, supermarkets and metro. The neighbourhood has a lot to offer. We found one of the best coffee in Paris just 2 mins away. If you want late night snacks, you have out just beside the apartment. Great place for Uber pick up and it’s compact for a family of 5. The staff is responsive when you ping them on Booking.com app. They even attended to us over the weekend - thanks guys!"

"I probably didn’t read clearly. I thought the apartment came with 2 separate toilets. But there is only one WC to be shared by 5 adults. The floor is razor thin. There is an angry neighbour below who keeps banging on the ceiling when we returned back from the tours late. We found ourselves walking like cats and whispering to one another. One night someone used the washing machine late and this neighbour came up to pound on all the doors and woke us up. In the morning, there is construction work going on so you will be wide awake."

"Location was very good, quiet yet busy outside and metro is near. Facilities are all available and working. Although lift is understandably small, it is functioning. For the price paid, this apartment really deserves an excellent rating. We had great time and good night sleep."
